Our Allstate Exclusive Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our successful sales team. As a marketing and sales representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Life, Health & Home insurance business. We are a fast paced Allstate Agency and need a goal orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share and continue to grow!

Licensed Sale’s Representatives Responsibilities:

  • Sell: Auto/Home/Life Products
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments and identify customer needs
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage’s, policy changes, transfers, claim submission procedures and status
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Licensed Sale’s Representatives Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license (ability to obtain) *
  • Life & Health license (ability to obtain) *
  • Sales experience recommended (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
