Job Description:

Purpose:

The Business Development Specialist will connect with customers, coordinating with our Regional Sales Managers and Agency partners, and following up on leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing monthly performance of our customers and agencies. Capturing an understanding of what is driving performance, capturing market intelligence, supervising tier progress, and generating tier savings reporting.
  • Answering potential customer and agency questions and sending additional information per email. Help to orchestrate and prioritize issues internally.
  • Administration with Salesforce activities, supporting the Regional Sales Managers with Pre-Call & Post-Call trip reporting, supervising Wins/Losses/Opportunities/Threats, and inputting customer notes as intelligence is gathered.
  • Assist our Regional Sales Managers with researching and qualifying new Builder opportunities. Assisting with contracts, renewals, price discrepancies and other builder issues that arise.
  • Analyze and report our display activity with customers, supervising placement and sales. Working closely with Regional Sales Managers and Agency partners, identifying sales opportunities with customers.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers around key performance metrics.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent knowledge; and 2 – 4 years of experience.
  • Proven capabilities in understanding and balancing customers' needs and negotiating their demands
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer Oriented
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and Salesforce a plus
  • Able and willing to travel up to 10% of the time (domestically)

Hiring Range: $60,500.00 - $95,040.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
