Full description of the position

The sales counselor position has the same responsilities as a General Manager. They cover the health club when the GM cannont or is too busy with a member or potential member.

La Fitness is rapidly expanding and is in need of 10+ Fitness Directors throughout the health clubs in the San Diego area. We have existing and NEW locations that are in great need of new management and talent ready for advancement throughout the company.

We are looking for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist in choosing the right membership option for them. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give the the tools to succeed.

Responsibilites Include:

-Touring guests aroud the health club

-Helping to sell memberships, personal training, and other amenities

-When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our members safe

Pay: $3,000 - $6,000 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

• Sales or Fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
