Client Relationship Manager Job Description / Posting
Stonebridge Financial Partners, LLC, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals. This is an important role in our efforts to provide exemplary client service, and often serves as a developmental role for individuals looking to grow into a Wealth Advisor position. This role will often be the primary main point of contact for client requests.

Description
The Client Relationship Manager’s (CRM) overall responsibility is to ensure that clients are supported in a proactive, professional manner and that their expectations are met and exceeded. The CRM works with the Wealth Advisor (WA) to support new and existing client relationships.
Responsibilities & Activities
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitate communication with clients and provide ongoing progress/update to WA until client needs have been fully resolved
- Utilize various software programs to prepare comprehensive financial plan, asset allocation plan, insurance, and research requests and/or recommendations, addressing issues relating but not limited to cash flow, taxation, retirement, risk management, accumulation goals, estate, and investment objectives
- Collaborate with WA in the preparation of client meetings
- Active participant in annual and as-needed client review meetings
- Process client distributions, contributions, and trade requests as necessary
- Stay current on industry developments; service and product enhancements; regulatory issues; and client needs or wants
- Schedule client meetings as necessary
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Client care skills – solutions oriented and results driven attitude with strong follow up
- Experience participating in client meetings
- Ability to build cash flow based financial plans
- Understanding of key tenets of financial planning: risk management, tax planning, investment management, estate planning, education planning, retirement planning
- FINRA Series 7, 66 Life/Accident/Health Insurance Licenses, or a defined plan to earn these credentials
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, or on a defined path to obtain designation
- Willingness to travel a few times each year for out-of-state client visits or industry conferences
