We are seeking a Field Representative. Our market client is Spectrum. This full time with benefits position is mostly outdoor work and requires working from home and use of a personally owned vehicle (we pay full mileage reimbursement).

Our client issues daily accounts that are past due or have discontinued service and have not returned their equipment. We conduct phone calling and field visits to Client customer locations to attempt positive resolution for these accounts.
Are you good at sales, telemarketing or customer service but want more than being behind a desk all day? Want a base pay plus commission, bonus, and full mileage reimbursement structure to reward your abilities?
In the role of Field Representative, the individual will be responsible for:

• Calling issued account to attempt payment recovery and/or setting appointment to recover Spectrum equipment
• Daily documentation of activity.
• Customer site visits for collection and equipment recovery attempts.
• Proper recording of activity in Company and Client software platforms.
• Next workday reconciliation and verification of activity.
