This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional. It involves building long term relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits, organized events, and phone prospecting. Clients include schools, commercial property managers, maintenance and facility managers, fire departments, hospitals, apartment complexes and many others.

Position: Business Development/Marketing/Sales Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours Compensation: • Hourly compensation with opportunity to earn bonus plus commission based on experience and performance• Medical, dental and vision coverage offered• SIMPLE IRA with company match• Vacation, sick days and paid holidays• Cell phone, computer and transportation provided by company Reports To: Owner Territory: North County San Diego and surrounding areas Summary:

• To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand
• To promote the services of Paul Davis Restoration of North County
• To build industry relationships

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling
• Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
• Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP)
• Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
• Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
• Attend business networking functions to promote the business
• Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
• Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses (if offered by Company)
• Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
• Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
• First response to meet with client/customer to set expectations and sell the project.
• Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

Qualifications:

• Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree or equal experience
• Two or more years of sales and marketing experience
• Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
