Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Up to $55,000 to start plus bonus and full benefits

As Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
• Addressing questions and inquiries
• Providing product information and literature upon request
• Assisting customers with the ordering process
• Learning to create price quotes
• Taking, entering and processing orders
• Providing post-sale support
• Participating in professional development opportunities
• Meeting potential customers at tradeshows
• Supporting email marketing campaign initiatives
• Identifying, engaging and qualifying new customers
• Making updates to customer account information
• Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 3 years of Sales, Business Development and/or Account Management experience
• Related experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
• Communication, Customer Service and Administrative skills

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate Data entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• +++ Related experience from the plastics industry
• +++ Related experience with industrial and/or mechanical products/equipment
• +++ Bilingual fluency in French or Spanish
