BPI Information Systems Account Managers evaluate our clients’ needs and formulate solutions to the problems they are facing to keep their network up and running effectively and efficiently. Our account managers will continuously work to maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients. Account Managers also negotiate client contracts, agreements, identify new business opportunities with existing clients and pursue new opportunities with new clients.

· Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.

· Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in technology.

· Communicate with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and delivered.

· Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new business.

· Act as an intermediary between the client and company to resolve any inconsistencies or issues.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Understanding of business computing technology, software, and hardware.

· Proficient with or able to quickly learn software and applications used in our organization.

Education and Experience:

· Working towards or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Brecksville, OH 44141: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
