Full description of the position

MISSIONS & AUTHORITIES

Commercial management and development of a key customer in a specific region or group of products. Ensure fulfilment of the agreed sales and profitability objectives. Manage customer alignment, satisfaction, and communication at all working levels

GENERAL & SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

1. Organizing: Propose and agree with the GBM the customer strategy plan, the mid- and long-term sales and volume planning, customer satisfaction plan. Manage, coordinate, and review customer topics within Trèves organization. Organize sales and other relevant meetings with the customer. Preparation of management decisions. Maintaining and developing his or her own personal skills and business know-how

2. Managing: Define and deploy specific objectives within the perimeter which contribute to budget fulfillment (accurate and early/in time invoicing, overdue minimization, special income generation, profit improvement plans, ...) Lead the communication between the Trèves organization and the client (voice of the customer)

3. Reporting: Respect Sales reporting and management tools (PMT, Attack Plan, Business Plan, ...) in accordance with the Group procedures. Market investigation (customer requirements and needs, competitive environment, market trends, ...)

4. Customer satisfaction: Generation of customer intimacy and long-term, trustful relationship. Our antenna at the customer, initiating necessary actions to achieve a good level of customer satisfaction

Specific activities:

5. Leading the RFQ/Acquisition process of/to the customer in support of the GBM: RFQ reception, Go/No go, estimate/BP evaluation, QCM, offer, negotiation, order reception and confirmation.

6. Commercial management of changes through the project and series phase to the customer (in close collaboration with project team and plant)

7. Leading price negotiations with support of the GBM

8. Responsible for accurate POs (parts, tools, D&D, ...) and price documents

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Performs the given mission in line with the Group Anti-corruption policy, the HSE policy where the roles, responsibilities and authority are defined in the Group HSE manual (M03A), and the Quality policy. Manage his/her team members in accordance with Group HR process and rules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
