Title: Inside Sales Manager

Salary: $60k-$80k DOE
Hours: 7am-4pm (flexible)

**This position requires conversation level or above of Japanese speaking skills**

Work from home is allowed but need to be able to visit clients in Troy, MI (not frequent)

Responsibilities:
Shipping Operations: Issue invoices and shipping documents, track shipment and manage inventory.

Program Support: For new automotive model projects, mainly support communication about specifications and designs between client’s engineers and our design team from HQ.

Sales management: Establish sales targets and manage progress based on customer production information, and shipment/inventory status. In addition, we will collaborate with the sales team in Japan to ensure shipments to customers and create production requests for appropriate timing and quantity. We will also propose and promote continuous improvements to this production, export, storage, and sales process.

Claim response: Receive defective items from the customers, send them to the HQ in Japan. Send analytical reports from Japan to the customers.

Invoice/Payment Processing: Invoicing and payment processing for customers and suppliers.

Company Management: Compliance with operating, financial and legal policies, and procedures. Maintain and improve office facilities and the environment to enable efficient operations.

Qualifications/Requirement:
Practical experience : Practical experience on above operation or similar in the companies (3 to 5 years or more). Experience with automotive manufactures preferred.

Computer Skills: experience with portals and MS-Office(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

Language : English(native speaker level), Japanese(basic level)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
