Your primary role as sales development representative will be to qualify inbound opportunities through discovery conversations. You’ll also research within internal systems to support account executive conversion.
Your new adventure:
- Perform discovery calls to collect, validate and document information for the account executive
- Gather contact and prospect information and maintain accurate data in Pipedrive
- Make a high volume of outbound callsHandle inbound sales inquiries effectively
- Provide information to foster prospects and lead them to successIdentify key prospects, profile strategic accounts and research and obtain business requirements to give to the respective account executive
- Maintain detailed documentation about qualified leads in Pipedrive and forward them to consultants, sales managers or partnerships
- Guide prospects on Pipedrive customization options and best usage practices
- Effectively partner and work across sales teams to develop account intelligence and map customer journeys
- Drive engagement by attending webinars and maintaining activity records to ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle
