Job Summary

The Vice President of Enterprise Developmentis responsible for managing all sales activities in the assigned territory, proactively working to convert prospects and customers to the reLink 360™ program. This includes qualifying prospects, collaborating with the Territory Account Managers, providing demonstrations of the 360 Platform to the customer, and leading the contracting efforts to completion. The Vice President will lead the strategy to drive Enterprise account conversions. This position reports to the President/CEO of reLink Medical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advanced in strategic planning and execution on a regional level while achieving Business Unit goals.
  • Develop medium to long-range sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of clients.
  • Target, develop and sign new reLink 360™ accounts to support reLink growth objectives and metrics
  • Build, develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, industry partners and position reLink to pursue and win new opportunities
  • Work collaboratively and proactively across the organization to drive and achieve broader company growth objectives
  • Engage in industry events
  • Provide peripheral strategic guidance in expansion efforts of current reLink 360 program accounts
  • Perform monthly check-ins with newly signed reLink 360 accounts to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provided quarterly business reviews with customers
  • Perform proactive site visits with reLink 360™ accounts to ensure client satisfaction
  • Execute objectives set with the reLink Management Team
  • Collaborate with Territory Account Managers to achieve Regional Sales Plan, providing daily teaching, training and mentoring metrics
  • Travel with Territory Account Managers throughout assigned Region to build relationships with customers

Qualifications

  • 5 -7 years of sales, management and leadership experience working with healthcare department leaders and administrators including: Imaging, SPD, Supply Chain, HTM, Material, Facilities, Nursing
  • Full understanding of multi-vendor medical equipment, service, and procurement
  • Achievement record of results in strategic planning, development and execution
  • Performance history of service expansion, cross selling and building awareness within hospitals
  • Analytical, and negotiating skills to make an impact and drive business growth
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven ability to foster and build strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Ability to identify potential issues, develop solutions, and manage change
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence with successful delegation and performance management
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships interdepartmentally within the organization

Territory

  • Southeast Region (TN, NC, SC, AL, MS, GA, FL)

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Ability to travel via car and/or air travel
  • Ability to lift and carry small medical devices weighing up to 25 pounds

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • Full-Time Exempt
  • Salary with Bonus

Travel

  • Ability to travel up to 50% within territory

Compensation Package

  • Base; plus bonus – on target earnings of $110,000 - $140,000
  • Medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
