Primary job functions are as follows:

Job Description:
Inside Sales Representatives coordinate and execute sales in support of the Outside
Sales Team. This role provides in-depth knowledge of pressure, temperature, flow and analytical products to effectively support customers’ requirements as provided through discussions with or emails/spec sheets from customers (internal and external). Team member will provide detailed quotes and actively drive the evolution of the sales process.

Job Requirements:

• Will acquire and maintain a current knowledge of technology and hardware applicable to the assigned line of products.
• Establish excellent ‘Can do’ relationships with customers and our outside sales team.
• Determine customer needs and provide quotes for requested materials in a timely manner.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders by email, phone &/or fax.
• Confirm customer needs and requirements in an effort to check for understanding and communicate progress back to Outside Sales as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate information to appropriate support team. Project and communicate lead times back to the customer.

Skill and Qualifications of the Position

• Minimum of 2-year technical Degree &/or Inside Sales experience in a customer focused environment.
• General mechanical aptitude, reading & interpreting drawings would be a plus.
• Computer skilled and typing proficient
• Able to multi-task with unexpected interruptions
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Attention to detail and precision to assure standards are met timely
• Follow-up and Organizational Skills are critical

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
