YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ACCOUNT MANAGER

As a Customer Service Representative - Account Manager, you are the face of our company. Each day, you meet with existing and potential clients to help them understand the energy services and solutions we provide. As you do so, you are courteous, friendly, and helpful. It doesn't matter that you had no experience coming into this job. You are well-trained and able to respond to every question or concern that arises.

Speaking with a variety of people every day energizes you, and you love the opportunity to connect one-on-one. You are also conscientious about recordkeeping, so you are careful to track consumer information in our database.
