EBE Technologies is seeking a Director of Sales ATS Solutions. The solutions is created for the Transportation industry to help carrier hire, on-board and ensure compliance for drivers. This position will focus on the mid- higher tier markets of 250 truck fleets and above, both private and for-hire. To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of five years of experience in selling ATS solutions or recruiting within a trucking company.
Director of Sales ATS solutions will be responsible for bringing new accounts to EBE’s solution platform. The platform is SAAS based and takes less than 30 days from sale to production.
Direct of Sales ATS Solutions will set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs, work closely with marketing and the product owner to recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential, rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and lead and direct the work of others. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs in an effective way. This position will report directly to the president of EBE Technologies.
Responsibilities:
· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas as new sales individuals are hired, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
· Implement regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans and hiring candidates
· Maintain sales volume, product mix and suggest selling price
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
· Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan
· Prepare reporting as needed

Compensation:
This position provides salary plus commission, bonus plan, health, dental, vision insurance.
Salary Commensurate on a candidate’s education and level of sales experience within the transportation industry.
First year On Target Earnings 120K

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
