Account Manager Summary:

We are seeking a talented individual to support and grow our major accounts in Boston, MA. The client relationship manager is critical to Covelo Group's recruiting framework. In this important role, you'll serve as a key liaison between our clients and our recruiting team.

As a local, main point of contact, you're the face of our organization to clients and candidates alike. So, we're looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills. No two days are the same, from getting face time with managers to meeting candidates on-site. The work is fast-paced, demanding, and essential to our continued success. Additional Details:

• Full-time, direct hire position (work from home environment when not on-site)
• Competitive starting salary up to $75,000 (based on experience)

About the Work:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Covelo Group's healthcare clients
• Expand existing relationships while looking for opportunities to grow new business
• Provide exemplary customer service by visiting facilities regularly to meet face-to-face with hiring managers and Covelo Group external employees
• Coordinate with Covelo Group recruiting team and talent managers to ensure new hires are meeting start dates
• Relay important information between the client and the Covelo Group
• Attend (virtual) team meetings to update management, discuss business needs and develop strategies
• Work cross-functionally with all departments within the Covelo Group
• Support and execute the goals of the company effectively and uphold company values

Skills You Will Need:

• At least 2-3 years of healthcare recruiting, account management, client services manager, or outside sales experience is required
• Healthcare staffing agency (per diem, travel nurse, allied, non-clinical) experience is a big plus
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Willingness to report on-site to various healthcare facilities as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
