About Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange:

Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange is the premier location in Dallas for buying, selling and trading precious metals, as well as a luxury diamond and jewelry store featuring amazing deals on famous names such as David Yurman, Cartier, Tiffany and Rolex.

Responsibilities:

• Selling fine jewelry including high-end designer jewelry, pre-owned estate and vintage pieces, diamonds, and more.
• Maintaining high knowledge of the fine jewelry and precious metals industry, pricing trends and authenticity.
• Building long-term relationships with existing customers
• Proactively seeking potential new customers
• Working with leadership to improve transaction and day-to-day business processes.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of fine jewelry and/or watch experience
• Proven track record of sales ability
• Ability to build rapport with existing customers, as well as acquiring new customers
• Quick learners capable of learning unique product industry knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with Windows-based computing applications and the ability to learn new computer-based systems quickly\
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Vision, depth of field perception, magnification
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business which may include holidays, evenings and weekends
• Spanish speakers highly encouraged to apply
• Pawn shop experience a plus
