Dillards Citadel Mall in West Ashely is looking for an outgoing, organized, and responsible candidate for a Sales Manager position. In this position you would manage a small group of individuals in a department.

PLEASE READ:

Must have knowledge and understanding of computers, data analysis, and different POS softwares.

Candidate should poses a positive attitude and be able to handle problems in a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Scheduling

Managing a team

Commumicating with your team

Handeling HR and customer service problems

Opening and closing procedures

Previous retail management experience required. Training will be provided. Competitive pay and benefits.
