Territory Installation Specialist Stone, Masonry, Building Materials
SE USA area based Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte ( FL to TN to NC)
We are currently seeking a talented, organized and professional Installation support specialist/professional in the greater SE USA area, for a key Territory support role with a local building products manufacturer.
This role will be a field/work from home type role, where you can work out of your home office, when not visiting with existing or potential customers in the field, representing the company in a professional manner to promote our products and creating relationships that will allow for market expansion and product sales.
PLEASE NOTE though: This will be a heavily traveled role, anywhere from 2-3 weeks per month on the road with overnights&NO plane or airport warriors needed, but you must be comfortable working remotely, and driving.
The key to this role will be the development/maintenance of relationships with customers and prospects that will include decision makers at: Distributors, Home Builders, Masonry Contractors, Regional and Local Production Builders, Multi-Family Builders, Architects and Colorists.
We would welcome those with an existing background and history working with and supporting the needs of these segments and key customers within the segments, as well as previous experience promoting Building Products, Construction products including Roofing materials, Fenestration products, siding and trim products, interior/exterior stone and cultured stone products, etc.
THE IDEAL PROFILED CANDIDATE with bring a history, knowledge and hands on ability to work with MASONRY installers/contractors from a hands on background&.Having this knowledge will absolutely help in this role and is HIGHLY DESIRED.
More important than a DIRECT 1:1 match on WHAT is being sold and to whom, the biggest factor making a candidate a great fit, will be proven track record managing and developing a territory and working in an organized fashion. Those with SUPERIOR general territory support and installation support experience&both maintaining and working alongside more SALES centric folks in a Pre-sales function, as they create new business, and working in a way where the company product line is professionally, and successfully represented will be a winning fit for our needs.
"This will be a Base salary, plus commission compensation plan, based on the experience of the candidate. The salary offered in this role will depend on experience, but our target range is in the 60-80K on the base, with an additional 10K earning potential through sales incentives.
"We offer a competitive package with all the tools to help you get your job done. ( Car allowance and all the rest)
"This role will be mostly self-guided, so we need those that are able to stay on task, stay focused and work with little hand-holding, BUT we do offer a strong training program for those that are industry up and comers, and for those that dont have SPECIFIC product or industry experience.
