AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER
KEYSTONE AUTO PARTS
The Keystone Automotive Group is seeking a motivated outside sales representatives to join our team.

The Automotive Sales Manager is accountable for development, growth, and implementation of sales strategy and effective account management for aftermarket customers. Focus will be placed on growth of existing customers business development activities. This includes identifying complex customer solutions and assisting Sales leadership with the preparation and presentation of these solutions. The Automotive Sales manager is responsible for strengthening customer relationships and increasing customer satisfaction.
OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regularly visit customers and develop positive relationships with key contacts at account site(s).
- Network within customer organization to create awareness of new product lines, chemical lines, and inventory improvements. Anticipate customer needs, conduct research, and offer creative solutions.
- Prepare and present customer proposals to decision-makers and other approval committees.
- Act as voice of customers within Keystone to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Monitor program status to ensure Keystone Automotive and Customer milestones are met.
- Assist in tech suites, trade shows, and other product and capabilities presentations.
- Champion selected marketing initiatives to help increase business growth
- Support leadership with Revenue, Margin, and Forecasting for specific account narratives
- Develop customer-specific programs to prevent excess and obsolete inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of work experience within the automotive aftermarket or similar aftermarket industries
- Aftermarket auto parts experience preferred but not required
- Effective communicator using written, verbal, listening and presentation with the ability to tailor approach to audience
- Good initiative and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to understand and sell mechanical and electrical products
- Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast paced, collaborative, complex team environment
- Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity
- Ability to multi-task to effectively handle numerous projects, initiatives, and issues
- Excellent sales experience is a must, meeting goals on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
PAY PACKAGE
- Competitive pay, based on experience
- Bonus and Commission will be paid monthly based on sales revenue
