Specific requirements:

• Experience in leadership role in sales operations, sales Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or other related fields.
• Traditional brokerage experience.
• Experience with Commercial insurance products, particularly with commercial auto.
• Developing sales journeys.
• Coordination between several distribution channels (e.g., IA, direct, MGA).

Preferred skills:

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Sales Incentive Compensation.
