Full description of the position

This is a year ‘round position with Hansen Tree/Hynes Landscaping and will include, but not be limited to:

· Providing estimates for tree work and stump grinding to residential customers that call or email a request

· Assist Operations Manager in daily operations

· Actively pursue other sources of customers that would require tree removals, pruning and grinding. Some examples are- Landscapers, septic companies, general contractors, apartment/condo complexes and other management companies

· Provide solicited and unsolicited tree assessments at properties our parent company, Hynes Landscaping performs maintenance services at

· Conduct weekly safety meetings with crews either at the yard or at worksites

· Provide safety training to crews at scheduled times or impromptu at job sites

· Provide training to crews in all aspects of the tree business to include climbing, chain saw use, woodchipper use, proper rigging, and tool care

· Keep an inventory of power tools and maintenance of such

· Constantly recruit new workers for current crews

· Recruit additional workers in order to start additional tree crews

The position of sales only is also available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Bucket and Crane Tree Removal: 1 year (Required)
• Tree Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Arborist: 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Tree Removal: 1 year (Required)
