Family owned industrial pipe, valves, & fittings wholesaler is seeking a full-time Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative in our Canton, MA branch. We are looking for an eager and motivated individual to join our dedicated team in servicing customers in the greater Boston area. As an Inside Sales Representative, your job would include interacting with customers over the phone, through emails, at our customer counter, addressing customer service concerns, quoting material, providing information about products, and facilitating daily deliveries with our shipping department and other branches.

Industry knowledge is a plus, but not necessary as we will train you. This is a great opportunity to enter the industry and/or gain sales experience with plenty of opportunity to move up in our growing business.
