Role: Oracle Consulting - Pre-Sales

Role Type: Full Time (No 3rd Party or Contractors)

Location: Troy, MI (Troy is the preferred location, but should be ok with remote working and frequent travel to clients.)

Travel: Might be some travel

Base Salary: 140k - 155k (Based on Experience)

Years of Experience: 15-22 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Business Development activities with existing teams Account or New Account having Oracle footprint.
• Capability to lead Consulting & Pre-Sales Engagements.
• Capability to work with multiple Stakeholders.
• Provide industry leading practices, frameworks and models related to process design and implementation for transformation initiatives.
• Responsible for designing global and scalable processes.
• Provide solution, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation.
• To Conduct the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis, identify key gaps and ensure that the footprint and design meet the local requirements.
• Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction.

Qualifications:

• Prior work experience with Oracle, Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys, PwC, Inspirage etc.
• Leading consulting/presales independently
• Extensive experience with Oracle Suite of Products including Cloud Stack
• Preferred certification
• Oracle Cloud Products, Graduate/Postgraduate with any other professional qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per hour
