Now Hiring - London Computer Systems Inc - Sales Representative in Cincinnati, OH

LCS is actively seeking a Sales Representative to provide high-quality Rent Manager software sales support to LCS’s extensive customer and prospect base. The incumbent consults with businesses on the benefits of Rent Manager, schedules and completes demonstrations, prepares proposals and pricing, drafts service agreements, and cultivates relationships. Success is measured by account development and total gross profit generated.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in the Rent Manager product.
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with pre-defined customer base.
• Answer questions and support current customers with their software needs.
• Boost sales by uncovering sales opportunities within prospect and customer base.
• Review and execute sales agreements with customers.
• Document all sales activities in internal CRM.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with both current and potential customers.
• Use up-sell and cross-sell techniques to expose customers to additional products or services.
• Attend industry trade shows.
• Identify market trends to assist in LCS’s overall product development and marketing strategy.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of prior sales experience, ideally in software
