RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Development through team training and PEP sessions

Follow Value-Based sales process to quote and sell insurance

Manage lead follow-up with our simplified lead program

SKILLS
Must be coachable and an excellent communicator
Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team
Must be good with technology/programs: Email, Text, Excel

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Pay – competitive base + large commissions + bonus

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
