Full description of the position

Upscale showroom in Pineville is in need of a customer service support person. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, very customer oriented, great speaking voice, detail oriented and able to multi task responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to greeting customers, daily paperwork, customer pick up calls, sales support, and filing. Must be familiar with computers, but will be trained on our system. This is the foot in the door for advancement to move up if you have the right skills and reliable.

As a Builder Sales Team Support person you will be responsible for supporting the Builder Sales team in completing certain tasks to ensure more timely completion of builder orders. The duties for this team member will be as follows:

1. Checking stock availability, and/or PO status by contacting the vendor directly or checking the vendor portal.

2. Print or create documents for customers with pictures of their selections.

3. Ensure that quotes/orders/invoices match POs submitted by builder.

This job is full time with medical / dental / vision after ninety days, holiday and sick pay. Job is regular business hours Monday thru Saturday with day off during the week and a rotating Saturday off once a month and CLOSED ON SUNDAYS.

Sucessfull candiates will be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
