We are growing and have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Sales Specialist for the Ohio/Michigan region.

The role:
As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical and sales support through education of current and potential customers, and coverage with a defined region. In this role, the Clinical Sales Specialist will train clinicians and ancillary office personnel on the use of Blatchford products and will provide technical support to clinicians before, during and after demonstrations and final delivery of the prosthesis within a defined territory. The role is responsible for communicating product, clinical and market data to appropriate personnel and will support the company's efforts to develop and implement product strategies.

Key duties:

• Collaborate with a Territory Manager to uncover and close new sales opportunities and provide clinical support
• Attain or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales goals/ objectives for all products
• Have a commercial oriented mindset, focused upon growing the business with an educational approach. At Blatchford, we believe that education is foundational for product adoption and leads to long-term customers
• Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in the areas of troubleshooting and in-service education for company products within the defined territory
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products. Inform customers of the latest product, and technology developments in the industry
• Actively engage in procedural and technical discussions and link clinical value to key messaging
• Participate in all Allego training and support activities

As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will have:
Essential skills:

• ABC Certified Prosthetist (CP) or Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO).
• Bachelors degree, preferably in life science or business discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in prosthetic clinical environment.
• Strong clinical orientation, experience with prosthetics for lower extremity amputees
• Excellent customer facing skills and highly professional demeanor
• Strong verbal communications, teaching, and presentation skills.
• Ability to train / fit amputees, especially the tougher fits such as gait and hip obstacles
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel and secure a passport.
• Must reside in territory of responsibility
