Dental Call Center CSR

The Call Center CSR Role is a critical role for Bear Creek Family Dentistry in that it is the lifeline of recall appointment, specialty treatment appointment, and scheduled treatment appointment setting. This is an outbound only call center and Spanish/English fluency is a must!

Requirements:

• Call center experience perferred but not required
• Computer literacy
• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
• Ability to speak English and Spanish fluentl

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant phone and computer usage.
• Regular requirement to sit, talk, hear, while using repetitive hand motions on computer key boards and telephony systems.
• M-F 8-5 pm
• No weekends, evenings or company-recognized holidays
