Now Hiring - Telemarketer in Franklin, MI

Mortgage Loan Telemarketer will be responsible for getting people intrested in residential mortgage loans as well as refinancing existing residential mortgages and transfering them to a loan officer to complete the loan. The Mortgage Telemarketer will do the following on a day to day basis.

• Take applications for clients
• Effectivly communicate, follow up, and build relationships with clients
• Maintain top notch levels of customer service for both the borrowers and the staffs expectations.
• Respond timely to customers needs and work to collect needed documentation to maintain a smooth and simple mortgage process.

**This position is offered in person only and based off commission pay, but there are incentives to recieve more income, as well as bonuses**

**Direct Mortgage Lending will supply you with trainings, and the leads you need to be successful**
