RF & Microwave Interconnect Specialty Distributor in Woburn, Mass. is seeking a:

Customer Service Representative

In this role the qualified individual will:

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Responsible for supporting the company's sales goals through good customer service while building and maintaining customer relations that work toward the company's goals. Main job tasks and responsibilities of this position are:

• Receiving customer requests, analyzing and providing information promptly and accurately
• Attracts potential customers by answering product or service questions, suggesting information about other products and services
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Completes orders, mails catalogs, provides samples, price quotations and similar data to customer, as required
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and with management
• Responsible for additional tasks at the request of management
• Tracks and expedites late orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained
• Maintain a professional personal appearance at all times
• Maintains liaison with other departments for quotation or order completion
• Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
• Attends and participates in meetings as required

Required Qualifications:

Computer Skills – Microsoft office products

Demonstrate the aptitude to learn and use the company’s business system – EPDS

Good verbal and written communications skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize request

Attention to details and accuracy

Strong work ethic and positive attitude, including good attendance record and ability to work in a high performance culture

Experience in Electronic Parts Distribution sales, a plus
