Join a world-class company as a Property and Casualty Customer Service Rep. Immediate, full-time positions are available in the Milford/Eastgate area.

Role:

The Customer Service Representative responds to inbound calls regarding insurance policy-related questions.

Responsibilities:

• Receive requests through calls and provide responses to insurance policy-related questions
• Utilize phone/mail/email/fax to communicate with the requestor
• Confirm policy-level/coverage-level changes via outbound calls if necessary
• Submit changes on existing policies
• Follow up with the customer in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Active Property and Casualty License for Ohio
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic approach
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Details:

• Full Time
• $25-30/hour DOE
• Multiple openings

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Contract type:

• Permanent

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
