Summary:

The West/Southwest Regional Sales Manager’s primary role is to develop, maintain and grow the commercial relationship with P/A Industries customers by promoting P/A products and monitoring the support and services continuously supplied to them.

State – AZ, CA, KS, NL, MO, NE, NV, NM, TX

Reside: Texas

Responsibilities:

· Being the focal point with the Customer and ultimately responsible for their satisfaction, this includes traveling into territories to visit customer sites and work with sales partners

· Influencing Customer buying decisions by learning the Customer needs and matching them to P/A Industries products and services. This includes:

o Understanding the products and their technical and commercial advantages vs the competitors’ products, in order to present them most favorably.

o Review of the Customer Specifications to ensure our product is capable of meeting those requirements.

o Understanding the market share in his or her region for each product line and the reasons for it.

· Generate customer quotes and follow-up throughout the process to close of order

· Maintain our C.R.M database and provide weekly updates for territory reporting

· Provide start-up assistance on customer equipment

Qualifications:

· Mechanical engineering, technical school background or stamping press room experience

· Minimum of 3+ years in capital equipment sales

· Must have superior presentation skills and the ability to confidently present the technical and commercial features of the P/A Industries product lines

· Must be ready, willing, and able to travel

· Must be a self-starter who can work independently, is driven by personal goals, and is accessible to customers and leadership team

Plus:

· Experience in metal / wire forming or fabricating Industries

· Experience in metal stamping and pressroom environments

· Knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI’s

· Knowledge of AC/DC drives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,382.89 per year
