The Advisor II, Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales; providing/receiving information; selling client products/service as well as providing basic customer service support.

As a Welcome Call Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• Greet and handle calls as 1st point of contact, to new customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Congratulate and welcome new members in an engaging conversation, while activating and describing their services.
• Building relationships and listening attentively to the customer needs, to ensure that they have the best customer service experience
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services, to up sell and cross sell to new and current customers
