Catering Sales Manager- This position can be remote

We are looking for a versatile and well-organized catering manager to oversee our B2B catering business. The Catering Sales Manager will coordinate and book direct catering activity, develop new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and implement catering and marketing strategies to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.

To be successful as a catering manager, you should possess extensive experience in the restaurant industry, understand the catering clientele, be customer service oriented and deliver cost-effective services. Top-notch catering sales managers build good relationships with customers and exceed expectations.

Catering Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Catering Sales Manager Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, catering management, or similar
• Exceptional ability to deliver catering services within budget and on time
• Ability to grow catering sales year over year
• The ability to apply industry knowledge to improve catering services
• Accredited course in catering management, or similar would be advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality and culinary arts or business management would be advantageous
