What the position offers:

This position offers a chance to enhance sales, communication, and negotiation skills, and earn significant income. BDRs are trained in our systems to qualify candidates and have significant bonus potential based on the quality of those candidates. We offer one of the most aggressive commission structures in the industry, allocating 50% of the commission to business development efforts.

Once fully trained and certified, BDRs will progress toward advanced sales, management, or closing roles. We offer a 6-12 month sales and leadership development curriculum that will parallel your growth within the position and company.

Compensation

Paid Training: $3000 - $7000 over first 2 months

BDR Earnings: $4,000 - $10,000/mo plus bonuses

BDR Manager Earnings: $8,000 - $25,000/mo plus bonuses

Solar Advisor Earnings: $12,000 - $25,000mo plus bonuses

Pay: $6,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
