We're looking for someone who takes pride in their job, has a commitment to Jesus Christ and the expansion of his Kingdom and wants to make Elim a better place to work. As a Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Elim, you'll be required to:
- Ensure Fiscal Support for HOPE Packs Program
- Create annual plan setting targets for growth in church and organizational giving and HOPE Packs supply drive
- Forecast and manage distributions in conjunction with Elim annual budget cycle
- Work with communications team in developing a social media strategy to engage churches, corporations and promote HOPE Packs plan.
- Manage Portfolio of Donors for Annual Fundraising

These include: pre-school to high school special education; therapeutic and educational programs for students with autism spectrum disorder; vocational training and life skill opportunities for young adults 18-22; day programs for adults with disabilities; and learning programs as an organizational and community catalyst for change.

Hours:
40 hours/week, will be expected to visit churches during Sunday services.
Wages & Benefits:
- Competitive annual pay of $55,000 to $60,000
- Medical, dental, vision, flex spending, retirement plan (with match)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or fundraising
- Proficient in Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Excellent social media and technical skills
- Strong communication skills including writing, verbal and presentation
