SALES ASSISTANT

We are a leading manufacturer of custom rubber parts and industrial rubber bands, located in Tinley Park, IL. You will be welcomed by a cohesive and dedicated team, celebrating Aero’s 50th year in business.

Our sales assistants provide exceptional customer service and perform sales support functions. This is a very diversified position in our fast-paced office. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and have strong organizational & communication skills.

Responsibilities

· Supports Sales Engineer with all aspects of the sales process - quotes, orders, customer follow-ups and repeat sales.

· Communicates regularly with suppliers.

· Communicates regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.

· Handles customer inquiries and issues.

· Communicates regularly with receiving, production, shipping and other departments regarding details needed to produce, fulfill, and ship customer orders.

Qualifications

· Sales support or administrative experience preferred

· Industrial customer-service orientation preferred

· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment

· Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
