Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain lasting relationships with your clients long after the sale
• Taking pride in your profession and be part of the team that takes our Pre-Owned Department to the next level
• Be coachable and receptive to training for the betterment of your skillset and that of the stores
• Perform polished, thorough demonstrations of our vehicles and their features
• Build strong rapport and become proficient at following up with your customers
• Be a “problem-solver” for our customers, managing and overcoming objections along the way. ·
• Be on your “A-game” every day, arriving ready to put in the effort that makes a successful sales consultant
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with our high company standards..

Qualifications and Skills

• Motivated, coachable and inspiring, outgoing and friendly personality
• Being comfortable talking in front of people
• A team player with an easy to get along with demeanor
• Taking pride in your personal appearance
• Enthusiastic about our products with an eagerness to learn
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
• Pre-Owned vehicle sales is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate
