Full description of the position

In 2014, our founders realized businesses and governments were leaving the traditional security perimeter to adopt transformational digital communication channels. Position Overview:


As the Strategic Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our relationship with current customers and seeking out new sales opportunities for companies greater than $10 Billion within your territory. You will be tasked with selling across verticals and to specified accounts by creating meaningful relationships with our customers with the goal of growing the market segment, making connections, and closing deals.


The Strategic Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, Americas and will mange the Central territory.


Responsibilities:


  • Increase net new customer sales, up-sell and cross sell to existing customers, maintain renewal orders, and oversee professional service sales
  • Work directly with the sales and channel management to coordinate target accounts, contacts, partners and events to maximize business results
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives, Systems Engineers, and Channel Managers to demonstrate platform capabilities
  • Win access to the Chief Information Security Officers and influence key stakeholders in security and/or compliance
  • Construct and achieve a daily, weekly and monthly activity plan that will drive the pipeline required to meet and exceed sales goals for ARR
  • Track and update account and contact information in [please apply online]
  • Adjust rapidly in response to market conditions in prospecting, developing and closing
  • Qualify opportunities and run high-level discovery meetings designed to introduce the value proposition, identify customer onboarding path, qualify potential business fit and likelihood of closing
  • Negotiate and close business deals

Required Qualifications:


  • 4 year undergraduate degree
  • 10+ years of experience and a proven track record in surpassing goals
  • Prior experience selling to the Fortune 500 companies and specific verticals
  • Prior experience selling to Chief Information Security Officers
  • Prior experience navigating and closing complex deals
  • Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, information governance, and compliance
  • Aptitude for and proven record of day one, first month, and first quarter results
  • MEDDPICC and Force Management knowledge a plus
