Now Hiring - Sales Representative/Account Manager in Dearborn, MI

• Present a professional image at all times
• Create, manage, and support a large account base in the food service, institutional and industrial markets
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; solicit new accounts; build rapport; provide technical information and explanations; prepare quotations
• Ensure optimum customer service is provided with responding to customers questions about products or services
• Emergency deliveries for customers if needed
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities
• Create and monitor quotes/special prices in company’s computer system
• Collection of overdue accounts
• Responsible to meet monthly targets as provided each month
• Attend sales meetings/seminars
• Ensure all related ISO procedures are followed and recorded
• Any other job as assigned
• 2+ years’ experience in the Janitorial & sanitation product industry preferred
• Good understanding of cleaning chemical industry
• Good understanding of dispensing systems for towel & tissue
• Good understanding of food and restaurant supplies
• Proven working experience as a sales representative
• Ability to quickly learn and follow unique sales strategies with enough confidence to make them your own while adhering to the prescribed method
• Problem solving and the ability to vocalize clear solutions when needed
• Ensure each customer is provided with friendly, courteous and professional service
• Fluency in other languages considered an asset
• Post secondary education
• Drivers license and vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
