Retail Sales Consultant Retail Operations
Reports to
Branch Manager
Mission/Purpose of the Job
Sells used commercial trucks and trailers by understanding the equipment, developing and qualifying buyers and closing sales. This position is responsible for delivering quality customer service and becoming a consultant to each customer on finding the right equipment that aligns with their needs.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Maintain an organized database with complete details on customer accounts, staying current on all tasks and leads.
- Responsible for prospecting new business in addition to properly working accounts and leads provided by Arrow through various marketing platforms, e.g., chat, individual website, social media, outside sales calls, phone calls, emails, etc.
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas.
- Assist in daily branch functions as directed by management, e.g., truck check ins, website photos, or other reasonable tasks as requested by management etc.
- Maintain a total customer satisfaction focus and provide prospects and customers with accurate and timely information.
- Conduct all business activities and transactions in a highly ethical, moral and legal manner.

PERSONAL PROFILE
Essential Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
- 2+ years sales experience preferred
- Aptitude for sales
- Knowledge of truck industry helpful
Other Requirements
- Some traveling maybe required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,379.23 - $145,005.52 per year
