Full description of the position

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage assigned accounts and develop an assigned territory. You will address customer concerns and contact prospects to expand your account portfolio. We expect you to be an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills. If you have some experience in sales or customer service, wed like to meet you. We offer exceptional compensation consisting of a base salary plus commission; and a positive, team-oriented work environment. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients and help grow our business.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact of assigned customers
• Negotiate rates and handle paperwork (orders, etc)
• Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction
• Respond promptly to customer queries and needs to find solutions
• Pass on issues to General Managers when needed
• Present new or additional workforce options and services to existing customers
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to fulfillment to meet sales targets
• Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues

Skills

• Experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• Computer literacy in MS Office and familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Assertiveness and confidence
• Good problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
