Home Appliance Sales and Service is a family-owned business that specializes in appliance sales, installation, and service. Founded in 1962, Home Appliance has since grown to over 60 employees, including 3 retail locations, a parts & distribution center, as well as install, delivery, and service staff. Sales Representative Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for providing our customers with knowledge and expertise during the purchase experience; including finding the perfect fit for the customer’s needs, scheduling deliveries, and order follow up. The Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager and work out of our premier Avon design center. Our Avon location specializes in luxury brands as well as offering a vast assortment of main line appliances. This location is a perfect setting for a sales specialist who enjoys building relationships and creating customers for life. You will be part of a sales team that consistently meets its goals because of the passion the company has for serving its customers. Sales Representative Responsibilities:

● Creating a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service and helping customers find the perfect solution to fit their appliance needs.

● The Sales Representative serves as an expert, explaining the specifications.

● Team player - work with sales support, service, and operations staff to ensure that the customer receives the best experience possible.

● Ensuring the showroom merchandise is customer-ready, information is current, and fit for demonstration purposes.

● Participate in continuous training to develop sales skills & further product knowledge.

● Providing assistance with delivery scheduling, rebate processing, and follow up after the sale.

● Maintaining and building relationships with local builders and designers.

● 8-hour shifts and we don’t work holidays.

● Other duties as assigned.

Sales Representative Requirements:

● Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills and can-do attitude.

● Effective verbal and written communication skills.

● Be self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.

● Acute attention to detail and thrive on a job well done.

● Thrives in a team and results-driven environment.

● Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

● Travel requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, training, or other store locations.

● High school diploma or GED required.

Job Type & Compensation:

● Full-time, weekend availability needed

● 1st year anticipated earnings of $70K

○ Includes $35K Base Salary + Commission & Spiffs

● 2nd year anticipated $90K - $100K for committed sales representative

● Additional income through spiff programs

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
