The Opportunity:

We are hiring for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Sales and Education with administrative support and completion of sales driven tasks to execute company initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and motivated individual who enjoys being the “go to” person for assistance.

What Your Impact/Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Build Excel reports for reports for company initiatives and provide daily reporting support to CEO, VP of Sales and Marketing, and Director of Sales and Education.
  • Learn and run recurring Excel reports across our digital platforms and customize to the needs of the sales team and executives.
  • Track internal and manufacturer incentives for Director of Sales and Education.
  • Point person/working closely with our Manufactures to support Director of Sales and Education around brand interaction along with product needs for the sales team.
  • Coordinate and schedule All Company, Regional, Vendor and Manager meetings whether in-person, conference call, or Zoom.
  • Support coordination of Sales New Hire Trainings, compile materials, and ship equipment and product kits along with being the face of the meeting and supporting transiting flow.
  • Build and Execute the Brand Support Calendar.
  • Provide cross-department support and communication when needed.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales and Education.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Administrative Assistance, preferably for a sales organization.
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically within Excel reporting features.
  • Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform or other digital sales platform.
  • Passion for details, organization, and efficient processes.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team structure, communicating with all levels of employees.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects/requests and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to assist with the Education department and partner with the Education Manager when help is needed.
