Job Description
Rapidly growing safety software solutions companyhas an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and goaloriented Sales Development Representative. You must have prior success selling conceptual software products to Management level decision makers at small, medium, and large size companies and institutions in a highly competitive market. You must have exceptional hunting and closing skills, be effective overcoming resistance and be able to work as part of a team. You must be a hardworking selfstarter and have the desire to earn more than your current income. You must have at least 1243; years of relatable sales experience.

We make this technology available to those who need it by hiring highpotential future sales stars like you, immersing new hires in our handson training program and providing access to high quality prospecting tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator. Your inside sales skills will rapidly expand as you soak up a variety of techniques and tactics that will help you build direct value for our potential clients. What you39;ll do
Run call cadences with support of an automated dialer to educate our future customers on the value our solutions bring and drive interest in an initial conversation.
Ask smart, targeted questions to build rapport with our prospects and identify opportunities.
Focus on targeted outbound list.
Collaborate with seasoned sales professionals within a territory you support to find, develop and build key stakeholder interest, and crystalize the needs of the organization across multiple customer profiles and buyer groups.
Qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team from website forms, trade shows and webinars.
Reengage lapsed and longterm leads as we introduce new product features with a focus on bringing them back into the funnel.

You have experience articulating value propositions via phone, video, email, linked in messenger, blogs, and other various social networking platforms.
You have working knowledge of a CRM, preferably Salesforce.

You are coachable, eager to try new ways to prospect and build demand.
Youre highly motivated, passionate, and able to keep a positive attitude.
