Identify, establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospects through both in-person and telephone communications with an overall goal of maintaining and generating new business and revenue for the organization.

• Be the Lead Point of Contact throughout the entire sales process.
• Attend monthly sales meetings to go over Metrics, Process Changes and discuss other Key Performance Indicators.
• Track key account metrics (Lead times from quote to install; % remakes on jobs; Quote request turnaround time averages; Quote/sales ratios).
• Promote, sell, and secure customer orders to achieve predetermined sales and growth goals.
• Introduce new and existing products and services to potential and existing clientele providing direction in the selection of those best suited for the customer’s needs.
• Ensure both company software and internal contacts are updated with pertinent, customer information when needed to ensure a seamless, customer-facing process.

• Oversee and utilize residential installation schedule and calendar to project manage jobs.
• Communicate with clients/customers installation schedule by confirming 48 hour and 24-hour reminder calls.
• Communicate with clients/customers regarding arrivals, delays and changes.
• Communicate with Installation team members to ensure installers and clients/customers are aware of specific instructions on the job.
• Sales Assist in scheduling and resolution of customer service issues.
• Visit customers outside of the office to update and educate customers.

• Cross-train with other Inside Sales support staff and provide back up as needed.
• Perform various office support tasks as needed including, but not limited to, receiving customer payments, accounts receivable collection calls and answering incoming calls as they are received.

• Distribute follow up emails to CAD/Template, Expediting and Production for remake resolutions.
• Manage customer service issues in company job tracking system.
• Confirm resolution status with clients/customers.
• Assist in other work areas as needed and directed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-5 years project management experience and/or stone industry sales experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an office environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of customer service and administration duties
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven internal and external customer satisfaction in service, scheduling, and accuracy
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Internet and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Superior organizational, record keeping and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly and follow directions
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Granex Industries products

• Ability to work from specific verbal or written instructions and standard operating practices
• Ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team
