Requirements:

- Candidate must have at least 2 years of sales experience.

- Candidate must Read, Write and Speak Spanish.

- Candidate must Read, Write and Speak English

- Be able and willing to study to obtain the License to sell Home & Auto Insurance

The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:

• Speak English and Spanish
• Establishing referral relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with over 20 “A” rated insurance providers, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
• We'll provide paid training and ongoing support for the life of your career.
• You will become an expert in our industry and decide how high you want to grow in this business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Associate (Preferred)
• GED or High School required
• Inside and Outside Sales experience (Preferred)
