Prestige Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic Automotive Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team.

***PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS***

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers arriving at the dealership.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills with a strong focus on lead follow up.
• Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers.
• Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process.
• Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options.
• Provides sales management information by completing reports.

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $120,000 average compensation, depending on performance
