All Tile/Carpet Cushions is a wholesale distributor of building materials. Founded in 1948, we currently supply many lines of building materials to clients throughout 13 states in the North Central region of the country. As a distributor, we strive to bring our customers the highest quality service and products available in our industry.

We are looking for a Counter Sales Associate for our Wood Dale showroom.

The responsibilities of the Counter Sales Associate include:

• Assisting walk-in and phone customers with their orders
• Answer questions and advise customers regarding product
• Entering & scheduling phone orders
• Assisting outside sales staff with placing orders, pricing & any other assistance that they may need
• Process email & fax orders
• Process customer & vendor order confirmations
• Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate would:

• Have good customer service skills
• Have strong verbal & written communication skills
• Work well with others
• Have good computer skills
• Be bilingual
• Be punctual & dependable
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have a minimum of 1-year work experience in a similar position
